We are conveniently located in Hyde Park on the corner of Rome Ave. and W. De Leon St. next to The Swann Pond. The office is minutes from Tampa International Airport and Downtown Tampa.
Conferencing and Videoconferencing
Our office is equipped with wireless Internet access for your convenience. We use and recommend Zoom services as the best platform for video and teleconference. All conference rooms are equipped with speaker phones.
AV Equipment
The main conference room features a 60" wall mounted TV for video, Keynote and PowerPoint presentations. Direct computer connect is available for computers (Mac & PC) with HDMI/VGA capability. Presentations may also be run from flash drives and CD/DVD. Mac and iPad users can "mirror" direct to TV via Apple TV.

Parking
Free and convenient guest parking is available on-site on the first floor under the elevated building.
Free, unrestricted street parking is also available on Rome Ave and De Leon St. which front our building on two sides. No permit is required for daytime street parking.
Directions
We are conveniently located at 1609 W. De Leon St., in the Old Hyde Park historic district. From Swann Ave. turn north onto Rome Ave., which dead ends into De Leon St. The office faces The Swann Pond and behind it is the Selmon Crosstown Expressway. We are just minutes from Tampa International Airport and Downtown Tampa.
East from Brandon
Take the Selmon Expressway West to exit #4 Willow Avenue. Turn left onto Willow Avenue to W. De Leon St. Turn right onto W. De Leon, we are at the end of the street on the right.
East from Orlando
Take I-4 West to I-275 South to Armenia-Howard Avenues, exit #42. Turn left onto Armenia Avenue. Travel through five traffic lights to W. Swann Avenue. Turn left on W. Swann Avenue, left onto Rome. We are at the end of Rome Ave. **There is now a Toll Road linking I-275 to the Selmon Expressway which is a faster more convenient route. From I-4 take exit #2 (this is a left side exit) to Selmon Expressway. Take exit #4 Willow Avenue. Turn left onto Willow, right onto W. De Leon, we are at the end of the street on the right.
West from Clearwater
Take the Courtney Campbell Causeway East to the I-4 exit (which is I-275). Take I-275 North to Armenia-Howard Avenues, exit #42. Turn right onto Armenia Avenue. Travel through four traffic lights to W. Swann Avenue. Turn left on W. Swann Avenue, left onto Rome. We are at the end of Rome Ave.
West from St. Petersburg
Take I-275 North to Armenia-Howard Avenues, exit #42. Turn right onto Armenia Avenue. Travel through four traffic lights to W. Swann Avenue. Turn left on W. Swann Avenue.
North from Ocala
Take I-75 South to I-275 South to Armenia-Howard Avenues, exit #42. Turn left onto Armenia Avenue. Travel through five traffic lights to W. Swann Avenue. Turn left on W. Swann Avenue, left onto Rome Ave. We are at the end of Rome Ave.
South from Sarasota
I-75 North to exit #256. Take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway West to exit #4, which is Willow Avenue. Turn left onto Willow Avenue to W. DeLeon St. Turn right onto W. De Leon St., we are at the end of De Leon St. on the right.
From Downtown, Channelside or Ybor
Take Brorein to Bayshore Blvd. Turn right on Swann. The Village shops begin within 10 blocks. Or take Kennedy Blvd. and turn left on Willow Ave. to W. De Leon St. Turn right onto W. De Leon St., we are at the end of DeLeon St. on the right.
